Chief Executive or Chief Justice? But NOT BOTH!

This is very alarming!! Since when does a President pick and choose which laws he will or will not enforce? Last time I checked, the Supreme Court justices decide what laws are unconstitutional or not, and the executive branch enforces what the judicial branch decides. And what is the issue under discussion here? Only the single most stabilizing and basic unit of our society, the traditional family and traditional marriage. When the President said he wanted to “fundamentally change America,” he really meant it. There should be a nationwide outcry from sea to shining sea! In this country, the Chief Executive is not also the Chief Justice. That may be true in some fascist state, but that is not true of America. It is time for the sleeping giant to arise.

“We must obey God rather than men.” – Acts 5:29
“But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.” -Joshua 24:15

“Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the marriage bed be undefiled, for God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterous.” – Hebrews 13:4

Then the LORD God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him”…So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and while he slept took one of his ribs and closed up its place with flesh. And the rib that the LORD God had taken from the man he made into a woman and brought her to the man. Then the man said, “This at last is bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.” Therefore a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife, and they shall become one flesh. – Genesis 2:18,21-24

Marriage is one man and one woman for life. If we redefine marriage, the cell of our society, then our society will break down like a cancer destroys the body. God help us.
