SCOTUS Hears Hobby Lobby Case Today

Filed under: Uncategorized — danielhite @ 6:27 am

The United States Supreme Court hears oral arguments on the “Hobby Lobby Case” today. HL’s case looks crystal clear and straightforward and the high court will decide if the First Amendment’s religious liberty clause protects HL from the Obamacare HHS mandate requiring the offer of abortifacients. HL’s Attorney Joshua Hawley very simply explains the case:

Hobby Lobby deserves the hearing and America will wait for what may well be a new landmark case on religious freedom.

Mike Huckabee certainly expresses my sentiments in his commentary on this potentially landmark case. We will be looking with great interest as the SCOTUS releases their opinion later on. It may very well define the status and future of religious liberty in America.

Good morning to the Iron Pen!
Thank you, again, for “speaking” (writing) the Truth.
Let us pray that our United States Supreme Court Justices are just that …
Men and women of justice founded on the Law, not “judges” with personal whims and/or politically pressured agendas.
    With kindest regards,
    the Williams Family
