Tipping the Scales Our Way–It’s About Time

Filed under: Uncategorized — danielhite @ 3:39 pm

The conservative legislature has finally hit on a potentially winning strategy: tipping the scale from the left’s growing welfare/entitlement dependents toward the middle-income tax-paying, tax cut recipients. We just might begin turning around the welfare culture with this one! Those on any kind of federal assistance/entitlement are approaching 50% of the population. That is a considerable voting block. And to make it more interesting, the liberals/progressives are taking a big, big risk as they now begin to roll out their new 2018 mid-term campaign strategy: REPEAL THE TAX CUTS, for the sake of rebuilding infrastructure, for the sake of “fairly” redistributing the economic pie Robin Hood-style, and (last but certainly not least) for the sake of maintaining their political power. (The left promotes bigger government, banking on more government dependency, which demands a continually growing revenue stream.) This interesting mid-term strategy battleground will play out this summer as “desperation mode” has now slipped from the right to the left. Let’s hope the battle is a victorious one for America, securing the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity. Perhaps we can tip the scales back from “In US we trust” to “In God We Trust.”

Good morning to “The Iron Pen!”
    Your phrase says it all,
“… from ‘In US we trust’ to ‘In God We Trust’.”
    Thank you, sir.
    Sincerely,
